The cooling tower is the most neglected component of any HVAC plant — right up until the chiller's approach temperature rises and the electricity bill follows. In 12 years of practice, almost every "inefficient" chiller we have inspected traced back to the tower: fill blocked with scale, clogged nozzles, or a fan that lost its balance years ago.

- Mechanical repair — fan balancing, bearing, gearbox, belt, motor and shaft replacement.
- Structural repair — cracked FRP casings, corroded steel frames, leaking basins.
- Water treatment — anti-scale and anti-algae dosing, automatic blowdown, conductivity monitoring.

- Full cleaning and inspection — from IDR 3 million/unit up to 100 RT.
- PVC fill replacement — from IDR 850,000/m³ installed.
- Fan balancing with new bearings — typically IDR 4–12 million depending on fan diameter.

How we work
The workflow is identical on every project, from a shop-house to a factory — so you always know exactly where things stand:
- Site survey (free) — we visit, measure the area, check installation routes, electrical capacity and structure. In factories we also note the production processes that drive heat loads.
- BoQ & working drawings — within 2–5 working days you receive a written bill of quantity, material specifications and drawings. The price we quote is the price we invoice.
- Installation — K3- and BNSP-certified crews work to the agreed schedule, including nights and weekends when production cannot stop.
- Testing & commissioning — airflow, temperature and electrical readings are documented in a commissioning report, followed by handover with a written 12-month warranty.
